Unbounded Technologies Inc. is a Canadian engineering firm incorporated in Ontario. Our registered office is in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at contact@unboundedtechnologies.com for any question about this policy or about how we handle your information.

We collect the information you submit through the project inquiry form on /contact: name, email address, company, industry, project type, budget range, timeline, and an optional free-text description of your project.

In addition, our hosting and anti-abuse providers automatically receive limited technical information when you visit the site: HTTP request logs, IP address (used short-term for rate limiting and abuse prevention), user-agent string, and a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge token used to verify that a form submission is human and not an automated script.

We use the information you submit through the inquiry form for one purpose: to evaluate, qualify, and respond to your project inquiry. Technical telemetry (request logs, Turnstile verification) is used to keep the site available, prevent abuse, and protect the form against automated submissions. We do not use any of this information for advertising or for sale to third parties.

Inquiry submissions that do not lead to an engagement are retained for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted from our CRM and from any active mailbox.

If an inquiry leads to a signed engagement, the underlying records are retained for 7 years from the end of the engagement, in line with professional record-keeping practice and Canadian tax / liability requirements. Technical request logs at our hosting provider are retained according to that provider's standard log-retention window (currently a matter of days, not months).

Inquiry data is stored in our internal CRM (Notion), email is delivered through Resend, the site itself is hosted on Vercel, and the contact form is protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile. These providers act as our subprocessors and operate under their own published security and privacy commitments.

Some of these providers may store data outside Canada (typically in the United States). By submitting the contact form you acknowledge that this cross-border processing may occur.

Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario law, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to request that we correct it if it is inaccurate, and to request that we delete it.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@unboundedtechnologies.com from the address you used to contact us. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

We keep tracking minimal. The site uses Vercel's pseudonymous analytics (no personally identifying cookies, no cross-site tracking, no advertising IDs). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not use marketing pixels or session-replay tools. We do not sell or share data with advertising networks.

This site is intended for business audiences. It is not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through the form, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the site evolves or as legal requirements change. The current version is identified by the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the site for a reasonable period before they take effect.
